Juicy baked peaches meet creamy maple walnut 'ice cream' in this summer treat from Gracie Norton. It's sweet, refreshing and a sure crowd pleaser!

Ingredients:

 ½ cup Milk
 1 Scoop of protein powder
 1 tbsp Maple syrup
 ½ tsp Vanilla extract
 ¼ tsp Cinnamon
 2 Peaches (pitted and cut in halves)
 ¼ cup California walnuts
 Optional: honey

Preparation:

Bake peaches at 400F for 15 minutes, or until desired texture is achieved.

Add milk, protein powder, maple syrup, vanilla and cinnamon to your ice cream maker (this recipe uses a Ninja CREAMi). Blend until a thick, smooth consistency is reached.

Add California walnuts to ice cream and give an additional stir.

Scoop ice cream into the peach halves and finish with a drizzle of honey if desired.
