Brown Butter Walnut Gnocchi
A simple, quick to put-together lunch or dinner that's not only comforting, but also delicious.

Ingredients:
1 cup California walnuts
¼ cup Butter
2 sprigs Rosemary
1 16oz package Gnocchi
2 Tbsp Maple syrup
¼ tsp Salt
¼ cup Parmesan
Preparation:

Toast the walnuts at 350F for 10 minutes.

Melt butter in a saucepan and add gnocchi and rosemary. Cook until browned.

Add walnuts, syrup, salt, and Parmesan. Stir and serve topping with more parm.
