Ingredients:

 1 cup Jasmine rice or riced cauliflower
 ½ cup Korean-Style Walnut Meat
 ½ cup Ribboned cucumber
 ¼ cup Shredded carrots
 1 Fried egg
 2 tbsp Chopped, candied California walnuts
 Sesame seeds and hot sauce (optional garnish)

Preparation:

Place rice or riced cauliflower in a shallow bowl and top with walnut meat, cucumber, carrots, candied walnuts and an egg.

Garnish with sesame seeds and hot sauce, if desired.
