Choosing Balance’s Pear, Prosciutto and Walnut Flatbreads
Choosing Balance's Pear, Prosciutto and Walnut Flatbread combines fresh pears with savory prosciutto for the perfect balance of sweet and salty flavors.

Ingredients:
2 Flatbreads of choice
1 tbsp Olive oil
6 oz Brie cheese, rind removed
2 Thinly sliced pears
2 oz Thinly sliced prosciutto
½ cup California walnuts, chopped
2 tsp Rosemary, finely chopped
2 tbsp Honey, divided
Preparation:

Preheat oven to 400F.

Remove rind from Brie.

Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or grease. Add the flatbreads.

Drizzle olive oil then layer Brie, pears, onions, prosciutto, and California walnuts on top.

Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the Brie is melted.

Top with rosemary and honey. Serve and enjoy!
