Roasted Pear and Walnut Salad Cups
A fresh, flavorful pear appetizer is topped with arugula, blue cheese, and crunchy walnuts as the hero ingredient and drizzled with balsamic glaze for a sweet and savory bite.

Ingredients:
Preparation:
Start by slicing pear in half and then scooping out the center.
Drizzle extra virgin olive oil on the inner flesh of the pear and coat with ground cinnamon.
Once pears are coated with extra virgin olive oil & cinnamon, air fry on 400°F (204°C) for 5-10 minutes, depending on your roast preference.
While pears are cooking, chop ½ cup walnuts & gather remaining ingredients.
Remove roasted pears from air fryer.
Top each pear half with arugula, walnuts, and cheese. Finish with balsamic glaze.
